You are free to use the themes in any application, modify the themes, reuse any artwork, etc.  However, any use or distribution must be done under GPL license: you can’t take a ThemeHermit WordPress theme and turn it into a proprietary (i.e., “closed” source) piece of work.

Using themes purchased from ThemeHermit.com:

**Installation** Use the upload feature under the Appearance/Themes section of your WordPress Dashboard. Upload the theme .zip file. Activate the theme. All themes support widgets.

**Themes are designed to support WordPress 3.0** Use the Menus option under Appearance on your WordPress Dashboard to create the menus you want to use on your site. Themes support either 1 or 2 main navigation menus and as many custom menu widgets as you like. For vertical menus: Visit the Appearance/Widgets menu to add the vertical menu widget to the sidebar where you want it to appear.

**Widgets** Themes support widgets in the sidebar (except 1-column themes with no sidebars). In addition, each theme provides top widget areas, bottom widget areas, and footer widget areas.

**Theme Options** All themes include a variety of options located under Appearance/Theme Options on your WordPress Dashboard. In addition, you will find Theme Options to control Post and Page appearance on the Add New screens.

**Support** If you have questions, please contact ThemeHermit.com at service at themehermit dot com. We can answer basic questions about theme use and installation–we do not alter basic themes. However, We do create custom themes: ask for a quote. Please report any bugs or plug-in conflicts so we can improve future themes.
